1.1. This form is for teachers and school academic staff to create a Teacher Account and access the teacher community and resources.
1.2. By registering, you confirm you are a current educator or an authorized school representative.
1.3. Contest Bag may request verification (e.g., school email or ID) and may suspend unverified accounts.

1. الهدف والأهلية
1.1. هذا النموذج مخصّص للمعلمين والكوادر الأكاديمية لإنشاء حساب معلم والوصول إلى مجتمع المعلمين والموارد.
1.2. بالتسجيل، تؤكد أنك معلم حالي أو ممثل معتمد للمدرسة.
1.3. قد تطلب حقيبة المسابقات إثباتاً (مثل بريد المدرسة أو بطاقة عمل) ولها حق إيقاف الحسابات غير الموثّقة.

2. Accuracy of Information
2.1. All information provided during registration and later profile updates must be true, complete, and up to date.
2.2. Providing false or misleading information may lead to account suspension or removal from the community.
2.3. You are responsible for promptly updating your details if your role, school, or contact information changes.

2. دقة المعلومات
2.1. يجب أن تكون جميع المعلومات المقدّمة أثناء التسجيل وتحديثات الملف الشخصي صحيحة وكاملة ومحدّثة.
2.2. قد يؤدي تقديم معلومات مضلّلة أو غير صحيحة إلى تعليق الحساب أو إزالته من المجتمع.
2.3. تقع عليك مسؤولية تحديث بياناتك فور تغيّر منصبك أو مدرستك أو وسائل التواصل الخاصة بك.

3. Professional Conduct & Respect
3.1. Communicate respectfully and professionally at all times. Harassment, insults, or discriminatory language are not tolerated.
3.2. Uphold the values, customs, and culture of KSA and GCC countries in all interactions.
3.3. Disagreements are natural—address ideas, not people. Keep discussions courteous and constructive.

3. السلوك المهني والاحترام
3.1. التزم بالتواصل المهني والمحترم دائماً. يُحظر الإساءة أو التحرّش أو استخدام لغة تمييزية.
3.2. احترم القيم والعادات والثقافة في المملكة العربية السعودية ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في جميع التفاعلات.
3.3. الاختلاف وارد—ناقش الأفكار لا الأشخاص، وحافظ على أسلوب مهذّب وبنّاء.

4. Topic Discipline
4.1. Keep discussions on-topic: competitions, preparation, pedagogy, resources, logistics, and official updates.
4.2. Off-topic content, spam, chain messages, and repetitive posts may be removed.
4.3. Advertising, solicitation, or posting external promotions requires prior written approval from Contest Bag.

4. الالتزام بموضوع النقاش
4.1. التزم بمواضيع المجتمع: المسابقات، التحضير، أساليب التدريس، الموارد، الجوانب التنظيمية، والتحديثات الرسمية.
4.2. قد تُزال المشاركات الخارجة عن الموضوع أو الرسائل المزعجة أو المتكررة.
4.3. يتطلّب الإعلان أو الترويج الخارجي موافقة خطية مسبقة من حقيبة المسابقات.

5. Helping & Contribution
5.1. Share practical tips, resources, and experience to support fellow teachers.
5.2. Credit sources and respect intellectual property when sharing materials.
5.3. Use clear titles and tags to make your contributions easy to find.

5. المساعدة والمساهمة
5.1. شارك نصائح عملية وموارد وخبراتك لدعم الزملاء المعلمين.
5.2. انسب الحقوق لأصحابها واحترم الملكية الفكرية عند مشاركة المواد.
5.3. استخدم عناوين واضحة ووسوماً مناسبة لتسهيل الوصول لمشاركاتك.

6. Privacy & Student Data
6.1. Do not share student-identifying information, personal data, or assessment content publicly.
6.2. Protect confidentiality of your school, students, and colleagues. Use anonymized examples whenever possible.
6.3. Screenshots, recordings, or reposting from the teacher community require consent and must not violate privacy laws or policies.

6. الخصوصية وبيانات الطلاب
6.1. يُمنع نشر أي معلومات تُعرّف بالطلاب أو بيانات شخصية أو محتوى اختبارات بشكل علني.
6.2. احمِ سرية المدرسة والطلاب والزملاء، واستخدم أمثلة مُجهّلة كلما أمكن.
6.3. يتطلب التقاط لقطات شاشة أو تسجيلات أو إعادة نشر من مجتمع المعلمين موافقة مسبقة وألا يخلّ بأي أنظمة أو سياسات خصوصية.

7. Content & Intellectual Property
7.1. Only upload content you own or are licensed to share. Respect copyrights and licenses.
7.2. Do not distribute official contest materials, answer keys, or secure content without written permission.
7.3. Contest Bag may remove content that infringes IP or risks exam integrity.

7. المحتوى والملكية الفكرية
7.1. حمّل فقط المحتوى الذي تملكه أو المصرّح لك بمشاركته. احترم حقوق النشر والتراخيص.
7.2. يُمنع نشر مواد المسابقات الرسمية أو مفاتيح الإجابات أو المحتوى المحمي بدون إذن خطي.
7.3. يجوز لحقيبة المسابقات إزالة أي محتوى ينتهك الملكية الفكرية أو يعرّض نزاهة الاختبارات للخطر.

8. Moderation & Enforcement
8.1. Admins may edit, move, or remove content and may warn, suspend, or block accounts that violate these rules.
8.2. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal and blacklisting from the community.
8.3. Report abuse or security issues through the designated channels for prompt review.

8. الإشراف وتطبيق السياسات
8.1. يجوز للمشرفين تعديل أو نقل أو حذف المحتوى، كما يحق لهم تنبيه أو تعليق أو حظر الحسابات المخالفة.
8.2. قد تؤدي المخالفات المتكررة أو الجسيمة إلى الإزالة الدائمة وإدراج الحساب في القوائم السوداء.
8.3. أبلغ عن أي إساءة أو مشكلة أمنية عبر القنوات المخصّصة لمراجعتها سريعاً.

9. Communications
9.1. You agree to receive important service emails (e.g., policy updates, system notices). You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails.
9.2. Official announcements are posted in the Announcement Space—please review them regularly.

9. الاتصالات
9.1. توافق على تلقي رسائل خدمية مهمة (مثل تحديثات السياسات والإشعارات النظامية). ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك من الرسائل التسويقية غير الضرورية.
9.2. تُنشر الإعلانات الرسمية في مساحة الإعلانات—يرجى الاطلاع عليها بانتظام.

10. Account Security
10.1. Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
10.2. Notify Contest Bag immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue.

10. أمان الحساب
10.1. احفظ بيانات دخولك بسرية. تتحمّل مسؤولية أي نشاط يتم عبر حسابك.
10.2. أخطر حقيبة المسابقات فوراً إذا اشتبهت بحدوث وصول غير مصرّح به أو مشكلة أمنية.

11. Agreement
11.1. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Community Rules.
11.2. Contest Bag may update these terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

11. الإقرار
11.1. بإتمام التسجيل، تؤكد أنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على هذه الشروط وقواعد المجتمع.
11.2. قد تقوم حقيبة المسابقات بتحديث هذه الشروط؛ ويعدّ استمرار الاستخدام بعد التحديثات موافقةً عليها.
